Please note: If an item sells on Saturday, there is a slight chance that it will take a couple of days to remake, as I have taken all inventory along to a designer fair. One of a kind items are removed from the shop during that time.

Payment
Payment is due shortly after purchase. For international orders, payment is by Paypal. German customers can contact me beforehand if they would like to use bank transfer.
Shipping
In most cases, I will ship your item within 48 hours of receiving payment. If an item is made to order, the listing will indicate approximate time.
The customer is responsible for possible customs or import fees, which I have no way of influencing.
If a package will be tracked depends on the item and shipping method. I will let you know when your item ships and hope that it arrives quickly - but please keep in mind that it is coming from Germany. If you need it super-fast (and are willing to pay for it), I can get any item to you within 3-4 days... Just contact me in advance for a quote.
Due to insurance reasons, I need to ship to your Paypal address in case it differes from your Etsy address. If I spot a difference, I will contact you before shipping, though.
In the unlikely case of a package not arriving, please contact me so I can investigate the matter. International orders can be delayed in customs, and often times I am able to track the item. If the package cannot be tracked, I will of course send you a new item, but please understand that in some cases, I will need to wait app. 6 weeks to make sure that it is really lost.
